Welcome to this flight review of an Iberia Express Airbus A320 on a flight from Palma, Mallorca to Madrid.

On this channel I experience low-cost flying fairly frequently and have learnt not to expect too much. Usually this leaves me quite content and even pleasantly surprised with my experiences. I went into my trip with Iberia Express with the same mindset. Sadly the low-cost branch of Spanish national airline Iberia provided one of the most disappointing flights of 2019. Was I harsh in this review? Stick around for my final thoughts at the end of the review.

I think Blake the word "grubby" is the best way to describe it. The trouble is they have such a high utilisation of the aircraft they are never really in one place for too long hence the lack of cleanliness....when you see dirt around you the window is the best view ( and some wipes would be handy as well!! UUUGHH !! At least you arrived in one piece. Looking forward to the next instalment!! Well done mate!

Not just A320 etc...the AGP - MAD route uses the ATR 72 with Air Nostrum. That's an experience!

Excellent Coverage! Completely agree with you, that was one filthy cabin - I think there was blood on the edge of the traytable? IMO Iberia's narrowbody fleet is worse than Ryanair.

Have to agree with your comments. Worst airline I've flown with. Least you got a service my flight in February from AGP to bhx it took them that long I got no service is a 2h20 min flight. Terrible staff who just don't seem bothered

Sums up my experience with Iberia generally. Unacceptable cabins and surly staff. Not one I'd hurry back to either.

the cabin looked bad. After watching this I wouldn't fly with them. shame when its not a good crew and shut the curtain!
