The KAJ dialect is very local, and not spoken by most swedish speakers in Finland. But it is very similar to most dialects in Ostrobothnia. Greetings from Maxmo (Vörå)

I have seen a lot of unofficial KAJ documentaries and this has to be my absolute favorite by a landslide! I found KAJ through Melfest and I'm American with Norwegian descent, implying that I also normally take the piss on Sweden all the time. But Sweden did something that even I can't slander them for... For the first time ever, they are a solid winner of mine by a landslide! I hope to see KAJ leave the arena on the 17th of May with that Eurovision trophy! Good luck from the USA!!

They are so incredibly talented, they traverse genres and exceed at everything they put their fingers in. I think it really shows how much the Eurovision fans love authenthicy and raw talent, and you can really feel their energy through the screen. I mean it's incredible I don't speak swedish, especially not a dialect and they got me looking through their discography and translating it.

This was the first time in my life that I actually cared about who would win Melodifestivalen (and I really thought Måns had it in the bag so I was ECSTATIC when I was proven wrong!), and the first time I'm genuinely proud of what we're sending to Eurovision - normally I just watch for the other countries, not for us. No matter how they place in the end, this is the proudest I'll ever be of my own country's entry in the competition. And while I'm not counting on a win just because the odds currently indicate it, I do think at least a top 5 placement is in the cards, which is pretty fantastic! I suspect the juries will be our undoing, which would make it the third consecutive year of the public favorite not winning because of the juries.

I'm so happy that we sent KAJ to ESC! Mello really needed this, something fun and different. The guys are really talented and professional, I've listened through all their songs and I love it so much. Also they seem so nice and humble, watching them win was a joy. The song is still nr 1 on Spotify in Sweden, almost 2 months later, so yes it's definitely a hit. I'm not sure we'll win ESC but I think we can do really well and I'll be proud to see them represent Sweden however it goes.
