Could it be they praise the party for the same reason Russians always present their video grievances by starting with ”Vladimir Vladimirovich we call on you to help us as no one else is, etc….”. It’s protection.

14:44 .. Why is the sewage system or pipe under THAT kind of pressure?? Here in Canada sewage flows by gravity alone. In some low lying areas of the city it is pumped u p to higher ground occasionally, but under very low pressure, nothing that would explode in that fashion!!
