Regarding Tsunoda, the BBC commentators pointed out that as the race will (almost certainly) be dry, Tsunoda probably had a lower downforce setup on his car than some others as qualifying counts for nothing with his huge penalty and at least his setup will be maximised for overtaking during the race.
