This speech was just to instigate more violent protest.

Never thought I would ever agree with Congress or Sonia Gandhi but she is right that citizens have a right to protest and should be free to express dissent. I still support the CAA in principle, but the opposition has a job to make sure the government doesn't overreach or misuse it's power. I hope the opposition and protesters will save their energy for after it's implementation to bring to our attention violations of rights on a case by case basis. Right now their opposition is too broad and has no value, except polarising people for or against it defeating their own purpose without serving those who are actually vulnerable.
