Science North Strategic Plan 2013-18: Our Purpose

We inspire people of all ages to be engaged with the science in the world around them.

The Purpose articulates why we come to work everyday. We work towards the longer-term vision, but we come to work to inspire our customers when they are onsite, online or experiencing our programs, shows and exhibits elsewhere. Our visitors continue to be inspired when that experience ends.

We want to focus on "all ages" so as to expand from a "for families only" perception to a centre where everyone with or without children feels welcomed.
