Had a somewhat similar dream once except it wasn’t about me, and it was somehow more fucked up. It was these two guys who kidnapped and harvested the body parts of people. There were a few other people that helped them. They lived and conducted there operation in a structure made of tons of those big hauling trucks, all welded together into a spiraling, centipede-like shape. One of the guys, the main dude organizing and masterminding this stuff, was like, a self proclaimed artist who used his own body and the bodies of others he thought were beautiful as his life’s work, having his protégée tend to him and transplant various body parts on to him that he liked. He was completely unrecognizable as a human, just a huge mass of limbs, flesh, and sewn together faces, with multiple impossibly elongated appendages. He couldn’t move or care for himself so his protégée was his full time care taker, cleaning, feeding, and tending to him. As horrible as it was, there was an unmistakable intimacy there, they were both fully invested his cultivating this horrific, living human art together, they saw beauty in each other. They wanted to merge their own bodies together, they wanted to fully exist as one horrible, terrible piece of art, but the protégée thought his body was unworthy, it would destroy something they both thought was beautiful, so he left and became a nurse and lived an incredibly regular life.

Reminds me of one dream i had, but instead i lured my loved ones into a cursed forest that was possessing me before cannibalizing them to merge with them. It ended early me metamorphosing into an anthropomorphic dog made entirely out of human skin (not a hairless dog, mind you. There were shapes of fluff that were skin, along with also my eyeballs and the insides of my mouth). It ended with me clawing at the skin and beginning to peel it off.

Also, this entire segment of the dream was actually part of a larger dream, where this one dude called “the dream master” came to me, said he was gonna turn my dream into a vhs so i can watch it with my family, but after seeing the shit above said it was so horrific that no one but me and him should ever know it happened
