Blade is the most troubled MCU film so far. I still hope this happens because of the post credit scenes of Eternals and cool to see Blade in the MCU.

I’m kinda getting fatigued with this movie and it’s issues. Ali was right to want a good script but I also think that delay may have sealed his fate with this role. It’s time to move on to another actor.

I actually sort of respect that Marvel Studios is taking their time with this. Don't get me wrong, I'm concerned too, but at least they seem to have enough common sense to know that you can't just rush a Blade movie like they have with some of their other characters lately. It's almost like they have to *gasp* think outside of the box. They're not really at a place where they feel like doing that, though I guess Guardians 3 at least proves that they still have some fight in them.

I know there have been external issues but I don’t think they have a real desire to make this film.

If Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, Willem Dafoe, Hugh Jackman, and other actors have taught me anything, it’s that age doesn’t matter when it comes to action films. And Marvel has incredible trainers and stunt people. Ali can play Blade for as long as he wants to.
