Crispy, lightly spiced Moong Dal Dosa are healthy crepes made from green mung beans or green gram, spices and herbs. These savory delights are also known as Pesarattu and are from the Andhra cuisine. These are delicious to serve for breakfast or snack or brunch with sweet and spicy chutneys.

Following are the Ingredients used in making this amazing dish:

Moong Dal - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2 nos
Ginger - 1 inch
Cooking Oil - 4 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
Mustard - 1/4 spoon
Gram dal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry Chilli - 2 nos
Green Chilli - 2 nos
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 no
Water - 4 to 5 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Rava - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 1/2 tsp
