True s’mores rare best with toasted marshmallows. If you’re at a campfire, you toast one on a stick, then get your first cracker and chocolate, put the marshmallow on top, put the other cracker on top and press the crackers together so you can pull it off the stick. The heat will help melt the chocolate, although not as thoroughly as in the microwave.

In my opinion, this is the most “accurate“ way to do it.

If you have a gas burner on your stove, I’ve known people who use that to toast marshmallows. That way you don’t have to wait for a campfire.

S'mores are generally made by roasting the marshmallow iver a campfire, then while it's still warm, squish it between your chocolate and graham crackers. Though, you can use a microwave without the device, you just have to watch through the window and squish it slightly when it begins to puff up. 😊

I love this video, I love you guys. As an American who grew up in Alice Springs and Woomera, I can say with confidence that s’mores made with Aussie ingredients and a microwave simply are not proper s’mores. You need American marshmallows (Aussie ones are a different animal), Hershey’s chocolate (the only time it beats Cadbury), and a campfire!!! Next time you visit America, give them a go!

PLEASE put some marshmallows on wooden skishabob sticks and toast them over the gas stove (carefully). Have a graham cracker with Hershey's chocolate waiting and make proper s'mores! Y'all don't know what your missing!

For the cupcake maker I'm pretty sure you just put way too much cupcake into it. The holes at the top are to let out pressure, when there was too much solid going through them they plugged and it exploded. I think maybe half as much or even less than that would have made the gadget much less dangerous.
