Less than 90 days ago, we refurbished this vintage trailer for our college student to live in at a trailer park. The parks around the school proved less than desirable, so here we are.

The trailer has new tires and wheels, a new 120-volt Refrigerator, and a new e-heat panel heater. It also has a microwave. The flooring is new throughout. All lighting is 120-volt. The Curtains and foam mattress are new. There is also a new fire detector. The toilet is new, and the trailer has its original black water holding tank. I do not know the size. The roof has been coated with five gallons of roof coat sealant. There is not a freshwater tank; the trailer connects to street water. Hose and waste pipe included—new deadbolts on doors with matching keys—clear title registered through next August. The roof-mount air conditioner “works” but does not blow cold. I have no idea what it may need, we were going to use the trailer in a cool climate, so I did not investigate. The stove and oven work, but we did not use the oven, so I don’t know how well it works. The propane tanks were re-certified and full less than 90 days ago. The water heater appears to be newer, but we did not install it. I replaced the thermocouple just as a precaution. There is no 12v battery. The trailer has some 12v lighting, but we did not use or troubleshoot it as we were using the trailer as a park model.
This would make a good travel trailer, ADU, Air BnB, or guest house. It is ready to go, but like any vintage trailer, it is sold as is.
