I'm not sure if this has been said before, but this version of "Freeze Frame" still has Jimmie's vocals on it, while the version on DbA's album "Let the World Know" has Stoffe's vocals.

I can tell you that Stoffe is very good live even with the older songs. I've seen them past Thursday and it really showed how good he is.

I've been following DBA for many years now and I'm well aware of the mixed response from the metal community. I personally respect the artistry here and absolutely love their sound, people who are fans of this pop-metal fusion style may also want to check out Amaranthe if you haven't already. In fact, this one is re-recorded with Stoffe's vocals on.
And it wasn't released before Jimmie got kicked out. Just an acapella of the initial version of the song. Then Jimmie got kicked out and they had to re-record the song.
