Judo. Kime no kata series. Suri Age.

I often hear people saying there are no strikes in Judo.
And I keep telling people yes there are.

This is suri age from Kime No Kata. And yes Judo also have their own Kata it's usually done in pairs.

Uke attacks with a palm strike to the head of the opponent. And Tori responds by deflecting the blow upwards, striking at solar plexus, and then throw the opponent with uki goshi.
