problem is hotstar limited to 1080p and sony liv limited to 720p only

How is after sales service of toshiba ?
As per the recent news toshiba is owned by hisense, only brand name toshiba is used .

I also have Vidaa os in my Toshiba tv but its major drawback is its doesn't support Disney + 4k, hdr and dolby vision content which is a bummer. Can you provide this feedback to them.
