saru... take care of the hidden leaf. and he sure did, until his last breath. maybe he was to lenient on some people (danzo), but he cared deeply for everyone. naruto as hokage acts alot like the 3rd, its even mentioned that the 3rd influenced him the most. from narutos point of view, the 3rd was how a hokage is supposed to be like.

This is the only time I feel sympathy for danzo, when you hesitate too much to make a decision, and then realize that the opportunity has gone and you cant do anything. I almost cried not because hiruzen became the hokage but because I felt how hopeless a person would be if he's too late at making a critical decision.

And here Tobirama falls prey to every Senjus weakness, offscreen fights. The senjus are supposedly the strongest ninja around and they prove it on screen but that melts away when no one is looking.

Second strongest senju alive, dies pointlessly even though he can teleport away. Strongest ninja in the world who cab literally solo every other ninja mid diff at worst, dies offscreen in war somehow. Uzumaki clan who are Senju but with ridiculous seals with various effects, wiped out offscreen. Modern day Konoha has like 2 Senju, no idea where the rest went.
