Rahul - i am bit confused on the stratigies being used so hopefully you can help me out on this one, i am trying to understand if using

Source: Kafka Connect(Debezium) - Channel: Kafka - Destination Cassandra Sink

Can i copy the data from Cassandra into my data lake which is Snowflake ? without enabling CDC so that means Kafka Connect will constanly monitor Commit logs and keep publishing the data, is that the understanding correct ?

or above approach only works when CDC is enabled and the processes are reading cdc data to publish it to kafka to be consumed by Snowflake ?
