OUR FIRST TIME AT LEGOLAND FLORIDA RESORT THEME PARK

We visited Legoland Florida Resort in Orlando and had an awesome family day out.

This theme park is designed around the lego bricks and is filled with lots of Lego themed rides.
Its slightly out of the way from the other theme parks in the Orlando area but not too far away (1 hour drive away from downtown Orlando, Florida.

We went to check out the rides here and compared Legoland Florida to what we are used to in Legoland Windsor in the UK.

We got to check out some of the main attractions in Legoland Florida that we haven’t been able to do before including: The lego movie - Masters of flight, The great lego race, Royal Joust as well as some of the classics we are used to like Ninjago, Merlins apprentice & the duple train.

We also saw some of the shows performed at Legoland Florida including: Academy of holiday cheer & Brickbeard’s Watersport stunt show.

And who can forget MINILAND! Which is now fully covered which is perfect in the Florida weather (rain or shine)

My question is why Apple fries have not been brought to Windsor? The park there does look great. You should have done that water ride. It’s an off the shelf ride of which there is a version at Portaventura. It is just such a great fun ride. Yes you get soaked, but hey it’s worth it.
