Installed mine in the exact location shown. Performed a firmware update through the app. Now it says the ADAS needs calibrated. Unfortunately it FAILS every darn time. The 70mai website has a document showing installation directly behind the mirror. If that doesn't work I'll be returning mine. I will say during researching my problem there are LOTS of people with the same issue.

I just installed mine. The only thing I don't understand is the electrostatic thing. I did it just like it said and within 10 minutes, it fell off my windshield.

If you say "take picture" or "record video" will the dash cam start recording??? Like the 70 mai s1????

Very bad quality, hardware bad, doesn't work after 2 weeks

The recording is so buggy, I just got hit by another car and sent the recording to the insurance. The insurance said it is useless. Now I need to buy another dash cam and will likely loose the claim in which I wasn't at fault. Thanks 70mai for the useless A800S with rear dash cam. Buy this product and regret it
