My job denied my workers comp but approved my co worker. They took my sick time but gave him his sicktime back. How can I fight this. Because I got covid 19 from the work place.

What if you were quarantined due to a co-worker being found positive from covid-19 and forced to use your sick time for two weeks.

My job is making us use our personal time when our test results come back negative....So if we got exposed to a patient that is positive for COVID-19 we have to take 14 days If positive the job will pay us for them 14 days if negative we have to still quarantine for 14 days but have to use our own personal time

So we only care about front line workers and not essential workers. But a fall at home on the phone counts. The system is clearly broken.
