I have the deepest respect for Marco, because of the way he can treat people. Such an amazingly empathetic person. People make jokes about him staring into your soul, and that being scary. I'm astonished by it not because of how terrifying it is, but because it's not an act. He really sees people, knows exactly what's going on inside, and perfectly uses that knowledge to bring out the absolute best from these guy. That skill is just as admirable, if not more, as his cooking.

However, Marco is like a father that loves you but must be hard to discipline you, he individually scopes out and observes each person to build them up, not only as a chef but as a decent human being. So you really don't want to disappoint him at all. What a priviledge to cook for someone as brilliant as Marco Pierre White.
