it would be helpful to demo how to use this tool. The tool pulls a laundry list of words without clear indications if they should be used, or suggestions how and where in your resume to use them. Another thing. If you have negotiations in your resume and the job description has "Negotiating" then it is not included in the score. Often changing your resume to use "negotiating" compromises its effectiveness. Pretty soon your resume becomes watered down and eventually you look more like Frankenstein than a qualified candidate.

One unfortunately growing issue with "customizing your resume for each job description" is that many companies are starting to use applicant tracking systems that require you (the applicant) to create a profile to apply. And in many of those, the resume is tied to your _profile_, instead of a specific job application.
This means if you change the resume for while applying for one job, it would replace the resume for _all_ jobs you applied for on that system, even on still pending prior applications _on that site_

In this case, I guess you just have to compromise; customize the resume for that company.
Or if the application site covers more than the company in question, then you gotta just stick to a generic one. :/

Thanks, however it's time-consuming and given that I am applying 30 jobs in a day, it's impossible.

This would require a customized resume to each job one applies to. Who has the time?

Job market is so bad now. And then you have to spend so much time doing this for every job application. Why not fix the recruitment and hiring process/systems? Those are what's broken.
