What we do on a regular basis, good or bad, is essentially who we are & who we become as a person. Every single day we brush our teeth (& if some of you, for whatever reason do not, please prioritize this immediately, if you haven't already, there's no better time to start than now) we routinely execute familiar steps - habitual behaviour, that we've been taught by our parents. The stronger a habit the less likely it is for you to break it. So, if you brush your teeth first thing in the morning daily, it's fairly easy to continue doing so. That's why we don't have to think about it, it just comes natural to us.

But the same applies with bad habits & fact is that we're kinda lazy & seek conformity, which when we lack self-discipline makes us develop harmful addictions real fast & easy. It's important to know that you can change. Anybody telling you otherwise is a full blown idiot. It's true & the reason it angers me is, because so many people who want to change let themselves be fooled by others who've tried & failed. Now they tell others they can't do it... & lacking confidence lots of people just take it at face value. I won't let those kind of people, with their loser mentality, get in the way of me pursuing my mission, of which a big part is the 8th Habit (Finding your own voice & inspiring others to find theirs).

The 7 habits presented within this book aren't simply a successful entrepreneur's way of handling things. Any human being who wants to be their best self & improve absolutely should adopt

1. Being goal-oriented & reliable,
2. Planning all the way to the end,
3. Prioritizing well,
4. Sharing success,
5. Sympathizing & keeping an open-mindedness,
6. Collaborating, instead of competing
& 7. Focusing on consistent growth

The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Let's get serious. ;)

Hello everyone,

quick thought salad on *habits* - what we do on a regular basis, good or bad, is essentially who we are & who we become as a person.

It's important to know that you *can* change.

Please consider the presented ideas & have a beautiful day.

PS: Yes, I did say successful people instead of effective. The combination of reading it years ago & working your ass off to make the most out of your 2 weeks vacation will do that to you & of course I totally did it on purpose (see Law 46). ;)
