You spotted this too? I really didn’t like how this looked either, harbor was so dark while toy board was still very bright. I’m glad they fixed this as I did not like how it looked. Thanks for going over this change so more people are aware.

In my opinion the worst update that is not related to a new tower or new gamepads are the replacement of the square placement box, It's so annoying trying to fit things with the circle placement box.
