I've been using the Rowin Nano Looper pedal for about a month now, and it really is a great device if you're looking for a low costing pedal, this is for you. I only own about 2 pedals and this is the second one, it's been really fun to experiment with and has allowed me to work on improv. At first, it'll be a little awkward to use, but over time you just get used to it. I paid $40 for this, and it was a great purchase. Definitely recommend anyone interested in using a loop pedal to get this. Have a look on Ebay and happy jamming on your guitar! :)

Man I recently discovered your channel and I really enjoy the simple explanations but your playing is on other level. A lot of guitar vocabulary and feeling instead of shredding over the fretboard!

Got the 'older' one no 1/2 or reverse, but got the usb ...great little pedal and still going strong...so sold the boss x3 time the price !

I bought other model, the Nano Looper, from Rowyn, and I didn't like it. The output volume was very low, with bad quality. I sold it and bought the Nux Loop core deluxe... loved it!

Best reverse looping I ever saw was a tc ditto demo where someone played the owl city song backwards, it's on YouTube somewhere.

Great review man! I have this exact pedal with Donner branding on it. Apparently they are made at the same factory in China. Lots of fun to experiment and practice with. Mine also has an “undo last” function if I screw up a track while layering them up. Highly recommend using a metronome when using these!! ✌🏻🎸😎

0:03 Shane you said Donner in the beginning when its a Rowin Lol must have been a long day ... BTW Jimi Hendrix used a reverse effect in the song " Castles Made of Sand" which at the time was way ahead of its time .. If i remember right it was a analog tape flange run backwards not totally for sure...Eddie Kramer was his sound engineer .. Its on YouTube somewhere i'm sure.. But Rowin definitely is making some good product..

Great demo! I bought one (Ammoon brand) looks identical, but cannot record a clean first base loop as there is silent pause inserted at the start which throws off the beat and is also dead silent. I've got a defective unit it seems.
