Don't think it's real. Looking at the footage from the iPhone timelapse, it's pretty misaligned and shaky, not even the best software can fix that...

No way, for that to be true, he forgot one thing... to keep the subject in the center of the frame in every single shot which would be impossible with every jump, even with a gimbal, unless you had active track on a gimbal app to keep the subject perfectly on the frame. I will realease a real world tutorial of this method next week. Watch this space
