I like how aero features are being introduced on new bikes, but also trickling down to lower priced bikes as well. Great video!

Pinarello F Disc break version for me. The changes Pinarello made designing around disc breaks on the F is much improved . Looking forward to riding it :)

The pinarello F stands for "Flush" you have to be to buy it!. Great video David and Ribble looks a beautiful bit of kit fair play.

I do suspect we have seen “peak aero” here. And by saving the R5 for last you seem to suggest what I also suspect, that comfort is the new aero, presumably gleaned from gravel, whose bikes have sought to balance aero and comfort. Part of the overall consolidation of drop-bar traits. Beautifully concise and balanced assessment as always.

I have a Colnago C64 plus DA on order. Really wanted rim brakes for looks (and I don‘t need the performance) but what convinced me to get hydraulic disks is the much reduced lever force required for same stopping action compared to rim brakes.

Most interesting one to me is the ENVE frame, you know it will be quality and well supported.

Just ordered a Pinarello F White disk 160mm front 140mm rear with CADEX 65 wheels. The wait begins.

Like most Colombian cyclists, I live at almost 3000 metres above sea level. The air here is thin and air resistance and aero-penalty is low, so the advantage of aero bikes is almost zero. I have friends who bought aero bikes only to realize they are actually slower in the Andes. While I understand that nuances of bike riding may not be your channel's focus, it would be good to see you and other shopping channels reflect the interests of your customers who live at altitude. I mean something very simple like adding the phrase "near sea level" when talking about aero advantages. Many thanks for your interest.

Been thinking of upgrading my 2014 road bike for 2 years now but prices and wait times keep putting me off pulling the trigger(remember the days when a bike took less than a week to arrive after ordering 😪).Integration on bikes is another problem for me, while it makes the bikes look fantastic the practicality factor puts me off. I enjoy replacing cables/ servicing my bikes myself without much hassle unlike new bikes with ever greater integration. Think I have just talked myself into sticking with old faithful for another year😂.

I agree Pin should drop the F and just call it Dogma. Rim brakes all the way! I will not ride my Dogma in the rain when if arrives. Disc on a road bike is only better in bad weather. Plus I have never over cooked my rims brakes even doing 50 mph/80+km into a corner.

Seasons greetings firstly! It would be great to see you delving into the up and coming brands coming out of the far east such as Yeoleo, Winspace, Trifox, Seka for example and maybe looking at the bikes the Pro Continental / Continental teams (as opposed to World Tour) use around the world (e.g. Swift).

I'll be honest. I'd only buy rim brakes now if I were in the market for a retro bike. All my modern bikes have discs and my 2 retro bikes have rims. I like both, but for long descents, discs are the answer.

At 55 years old my racing days are long gone. So for me a nice more traditional looking bike will always trump a futuristic aero bike. Hence I’ll be ploughing my money into an all Italian build Colnago C64. I’d go so far as to say that for anyone not racing super aero is pointless as is a super light weight weenie.

What's the paint job of that Pinarello bike in the thumb nail? And which Pinarello is it. That's the most beautiful bike I've ever seen.
