Everyone buggin on the fact you got the weight wrong... maybe. I dont see any description on the bucket... i was putting it in the 300 to 400 pound range based on the ones we have at work but i dunno... never weoghed those ones. Just know they're heavy. Im not messing with that dude period. 😂😂😂😂

We didn’t wanna break the bodybuilders hearts. This is just another days of hard work accomplished. I taught one a lesson and he’s like damn they’re really is a difference and I’m just chilling on my bed not doing no work out and I work at a grocery store and he’s a bodybuilder that goes to work with a modeled girlfriend up in Florida and he said that he never wants to work out my workouts ever again. My workout is just like this.😂
