I have 3 questions
1 Why await for a page visit to update the static page? Why not update on page edit save (which Wordpress front end, caches and CDNs already do)

2 Caching plugins and CDNs do similar things to this yet this is much faster
Why aren’t the static pages from Caching plugins and CDNs loading this fast?

3 At 7:20 you update the price from 17 to 16
But at 8:00 after you refresh the page the price has increased to 18!

What happened?
Was this a video edit or is something broken?

Is it not a problem if people don't see the regenerated static page if items go out of stock? On a large ecommerce store with high traffic and lots of products people will be able to add out of stock products to their cart often.

Cool video, thank you. The only thing I’d like to suggest is the ability to make changes to the layout of the page without writing code by hand. I’m thinking of a kind of "Elementor-to-react-render-plugin", so I don’t have to make changes to the page or the theme by coding. That way I could just use Elementor and Wordpress to design my page and fill it with content, then render it with nextjs or gatsby. I want to make changes to the page layout and content just like I’m used to using Wordpress without coding so I can be fast. That combined with a static page generator would be a blast. Thank’s for your time!

1.is there any future possibility for a Vue version of those woocommerce SPA / PWA websites instead of react? or even a Nodejs one. I think a lot will benefit from it

So what if I'm a WordPress dev for a business where we have a staging site to test out stuff before going live. Do I then need to have two instances of NextJS on Netlify paired to each version of the site? Can I setup Github so it pushes different branches to Netlify?
