Note: This is just a battle on Two Sans. There’s no Ainavol shtick or whatsoever. However, the splitting of Sans’ yellow and blue bad time makes sense, so it’s what I consider the story.

Time paradox has to become an AU, it just looks like it has too much potential and from what has been done in the past I’ve never seen something like this before.

So basically...in Time Paradox, you’re fighting both Pacifist and Genocide Sans?

Imagine this:
You beat pacifist mode
Now you're curious
So you kill everyone

Then in the middle of the sans fight
The game glitches and lags
A clock appears and both timelines crash together
Anything you did in the pacifist ending and anything you did in the genocide ending crash together and break the barrier.

But then Sans from your pacifist ending sees you and himself (in the genocide route) fighting and he appears confused at first since he sees himself fighting the person that he knows set all the monsters free on the pacifist ending.

That would be a sick intro ngl

From the info I got so far, I guess this could actually become an AU since the changes are only at the Sans fight. The story could be that Pacifist Sans somehow came in the Genocide route when the Human is about to encounter Sans. Before the fight, the 2 skeletons feelings (patience and justice) resonates more on one Sans than the other, so both Sanses change colour to show what they're really feelings.

So here's my idea for how the time paradox AU would work; the human does 12 genocide runs in a row and then decides to try the pacifist route by resetting mid genocide, around the time of the hotland area, So before killing sans but after killing papyrus. the reset creates a glitch in the time space which allows the not yet killed genocide sans to enter the pacifist route timeline, then, he proceeds to tell pacifist sans what the human has done before and that they need to stop them before things get out of hand, together they convince papyrus not to capture the human and confront the human where papyrus usually would.
