Thank you, very helpful. However, my issue is that I already had a wi-fi connection from a cable company using a router to connect to my Canon 3400. Now I have a free wi-fi connection that I'm using on my laptop instead and I have disconnected ( unplugged) the router and not using the previous wi-fi connection. My laptop works fine on the new wi-fi connection. But the status of the printer is showing off line. So I did what you suggested and reset the Canon 3400 printer. I went and found your video on connecting the 3420 to wi-fi. Which shows the whole procedure of downloading the Canon 3400 hardware and then making the wi-fi connection. But I already have the Canon hardware installed previously and it had been working fine using the previous wi-fi connection through the router. I can't find anywhere on my laptop where I can search for the 3400 to connect it to my new existing wi-fi connection. Does this mean that I should uninstall the 3400 hardware from my laptop and then reinstall it, in order for my laptop to search for the 3400 all over again, and then it would find the new wi-fi connection?

I have the TS3700. When I try to print both sides it only prints one side. My settings show duplex (manual), does this mean I have to put the first page back into the tray to print the second page? I was hoping it could print both sides on its own.

My printer won't feed the paper into the slot to print, the feed rollers don't seem to be grabbing the paper to feed it into the slots or maybe the rollers aren't grabbing. Can you please help thank you My printer TS3420 was bought about 4 months ago and used very little.

I have printed from this unit maybe 4 times. I don't use it very often, but now the warning light won't stop flashing. I've tried all the "fixes" in here, and nothing corrects the issue. Just spent 70 bucks on new ink cartridges as well. Total product fail there Canon!

I have the cannon pixma TS3300 printer and the codes it is giving me come up as ink problems, e5 and e8. I bought new ink cartridges that are for this printer and installed them. Still got the error codes. So I shut off the printer and power source and rebooted it and still the codes are there and it won't let me print. Any idea???

I am trying to use the scan function on my printer. How do I set the scanner to scan the original size of document in the output tray. It has somehow converted to a small size.
