I dressed up as Carmen Sandiego for Halloween a few years ago and was blown away by the amount of people who immediately recognized who I was. I put it on again this year for last minute Halloween plans and won a costume contest at a brewery, everyone was so excited for Carmen Sandiego, I love it! It was such a fun game as a child, I am glad so many people shared in the experience.

I LOVED Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego as a kid so it's wonderful to see it again. Took me about 15mins of watching the game to go add it to my wishlist.
I do appreciate that it seems targeted to a younger audience again but those of us who played the old games can still appreciate them, time to get Carmen Sandiego back into schools again 😆

This brings me back. When I was a kid, my older sister had 'Carmen Sandiego Word Detective' and I would watch her play it despite being so scared that the V.I.L.E. agents would find us and put us in the Babble machine.

I like that over the years they've evolved her motives over the years. She used to just be a thief & now she helps catch them from time to time. 😊

My favourite of the games was "Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?" It was cool piecing together all the clues across different points in history and essentially restoring historical sites and artefacts while seeing how the present might've changed without said artefacts.

my childhood exposure to Carmen Sandiego was a multiplayer minigame/quiz game called ThinkQuick Challenge (it was a CD-rom). I wish there was a new multiplayer game like that. You could pick a trainee ACME agent avatar and it was so 2000s lol.
