To get back on track with my goals and stop procrastinating!🥲
I had a slow start in May, but Monday means a new week, and an opportunity to get back to prioritising my habits and goals.
I’ve not gone to the gym in over a week, because I was dealing with a horrible migraine for a few days last week, and yes, sometimes balancing working full-time, with content creation, and keeping up with my habits gets tough.
So this is a reminder for me to rely on my self-discipline this week.
I want to go back to the gym and watch what I’m eating, as well as journal every day this week. I like to check in with my habit tracker to see what I need to prioritise. May is going to be a busy month, but in order to feel well, exercise is as important as sleep for me.
Lastly, I want to read 2 non-fiction books from my TBR! I’m slowly making my way through reading all of the books that I own, and I’d like to prioritise learning something new this month. It’s a great way to work towards both of these goals.
