This is my fav asmr video of ALL time. This is THE video that got me into asmr when I was very young. It also has a Kanye Taylor reference that made me laugh the first time I saw it, still very sceptical about this Asmr thing 7 years ago. I love Heather and always will.

I only heard of ASMR videos today.

The first few i watched didn't have any effect - a couple of massage ones and an inaudible whisper one, but this one was very relaxing. Definitely tingled. A lot. Very pleasantly.

I turned the brightness down on my laptop, put my headphones on, and sort of zoned out while watching this. I felt a lot less tense after it finished. Like the tension just drained out of my brain, and even my body feels looser and less tense.
