Seriously though, I believe weed can make you smarter but not necessarily. I think it depends on how you use it. If you smoke and watch dumb tv or play video games all night then it probably won't. But if you smoke and read, learn something new or meditate it can create new neural connections more easily. Since weed has neuroplastic properties it can help you to change your brain in a positive way. I speak from experience.
