I think this effect could be made much more temporarily stable by not changing the whole noise pattern every frame but only the relative pixel offsets required for different depth levels.

I first learned about Magic Eye pictures when I was in 2nd grade, and ever since then I've always enjoyed them. Never in my life would I have thought that a video in this style was possible; and of all things, a meme. This was really cool to watch!
