Please clarify regarding eating a snack like a piece of fruit every couple hours to prevent adrenaline for rising due to low blood (sugar).. vs eating crackers, or cheese, or cooked food... It is more harmful to wait for hours in between meals for lots of people. The issue is eating WRONG food, not how often in most cases.

This is very true .. you don't need sumone to tell you this .. our own body speaks to us .. i can never eat while im intensely studying or givin my brain work . I can oly eat once a day tht too .. non spicy ..bland food .nd juices .

Doctors ask to eat frequently only for people who need to gain weight. E.g. young people who go to gyms for building muscle, or people recovering from an illness in which they lost a lot of weight.

Instead of criticising gurus just practice their teachings and realize the differences yourself. I have experienced this...Till a few years back I used to fast once a week and till last year I tried intermittent fasting for nearly 6 months and I have felt this outburst of energy.... This is something you should experiment with your body...

I wonder about someone is does intense physical labor.. generally I am in agreeable w this mindset, although, over many yrs decades of experience, whenever I have been away from physical work & then restarted, I would not have an elimination for 2-3 days, depending, until I rebalanced.. I would finder my appetite much increased.. What seemed to make a much greater difference was WHAT I ate;, , whether I ate heavier meals or more vegetarian oriented meals.. This would also effect my energy level.. The ‘lighter’ I ate the more energy I had also more frequently have elimination..

Purification won't happen on cellular level. Like you're cells are waiting for you to do your stuff. Cells do their jobs regardless if the biology lessons of respiration, circulation are right.
