The subtitles show that she is paying €750.00 (Euros and not US Dollars). If that is correct then she is paying $802.50 (USD). It doesn’t say in what arrondissement she’s living in, so it may be a good deal and then it may be overpriced.

Either way, it’s a cute place and she’s happy with it, so that is all that really matters. 🙂
