Hi! I wanted to let you know that some Prada stores will actually wax your zipper for you to make the pull smoother. Apparently only a few do it, but you should stop by and ask.

(I know Beverly Hills and NYC 5th Avenue do it).

Such an informative video! Just wondering, do you have any wear/tear on the little saffiano loops that hold the D-ring on the sides? I find that most of my bags have like a metal loop inside those parts but my Prada does not… really enjoy your videos 😊 Happy new year!
