Read some notes on his theory to 1st principle.
They was an example of “making bread” and how he relates it to his business model and how anyone else should be using the same example to their business which is prevalent now in 2024 and beyond.
The 1st principle to making bread is that you have all the ingredients to make bread, which most people have in order to make and sell the bread. So now you understand the basic method of “making”.
But Elons theory is to understand the bread itself:
The soil biology/chemistry/supply chain etc
Now this is the exact method he uses in his business for Tesla, Tesla does not sell just cars.
Why his business model is unique is because most companies just sell cars/car parts/engine/colour ways and that’s it’s.
Tesla sell all the components surrounding it from start to finish to have a full fledged concrete experience eliminating all others because it’s not found elsewhere.
Example of this is Tesla sells:
Batteries/ charging station/ chips/ software/AI/ financing/ insurance.
It covers the whole car business model from start to finish.
This model can be applied to anything.
Bezos uses this same principle with Amazon.
Understand and learn this theory and principle for a unique/ solid and life long business model.
