Goleta-boy in Northern Santa Barbara. I guessed 875 I use the Ace 300 by Garrett & have found some beautiful rings. The best one was in
a cold fire pit! 14k with diamonds 😂 However I just wore out my pin-pointer so I’m stuck as finding it difficult to locate targets without one.
Especially in soil or grass. Have you guys had this experience? BTW love your videos too. Pls keep them coming. As a retired C-27 I’m enjoying being out in the fresh air especially by the ocean as I was an avid wave rider love SoCal❤

I just had an experience with my Nox 800. I was detecting a school when my coil fell off.
When I got home I dropped it off and got my MXT Pro with a big foot. Went back to the school for 4 hours. Did ok. Came home and priced a new coil. $299 from Ebay. Then I saw this thing called a Beast V2. It replaces the ears and bolt and you dont need to buy new. Apparently Minelab knows about about this on going problem, If you send your coil in to fix they send you a new one, but it takes about a month to get it back, The Beast V2 youre back detecting in an hour
