1/2 cup dry white wine/rosé
6 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 1/2 cups arborio rice
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesano remano

Toppings:
Burrata or stracciatella
chili flakes
fresh parsley or chives
lemon juice
