Snowsuit Fund expecting large demand this winter

Snowsuit Fund general manager Joanne Andrews expects that at least 200 Ukrainian families will receive snowsuits from the organization this winter.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. A wall calendar at their Donald Street warehouse shows the daily tallies: 345 snowsuits given out last Thursday alone, 296 the day before, and 294 the day before that. Andrews says they expect to distribute roughly 16,000 snowsuits, as well as hats and mittens and gloves, this season.
