How to freeze bananas the RIGHT way.

You can put the unpeeled frozen under running water for half a minute and the peel will slip right off, without thawing the banana

Never really thought of freezing bananas this way,  I thought it would taste a bit weird or have a freezer taste. I've always froze them with the peel on. But you make a good point because since it's frozen you won't be able to get it out for awhile.

you can leave skin on just peel them for smoothies with a knife I take mine out 15mins bfore I use them there fine

Why the 2 hour wait time on the parchment paper instead of just throwing them in a plastic bag? To prevent them from sticking together?

I have always froze my bananas to make ice cream. I use them even when they turn brown in the freezer.
