Nearing its first anniversary, Twelve has established itself as a destination restaurant and a shining star amidst an already oversaturated Portland restaurant community. Pastry Chef and Baker Georgia Macon is an integral part of this success, working with Executive Chef Colin Wyatt to create a plethora of delicious and thought-provoking desserts and the now iconic Lobster Roll. We spent a day in the kitchen with Georgia to better understand her process and enjoy yet another standout dinner while we were at it. I'm a Mainer, but going to Portland this weekend for a vacation close to home! I'll have to stop in and check them out!! You should try N to Tail in Portland, they're a hawaiian korean fusion - delicious!
