Thank you for posting this video. I had problems changing brush head; I was looking for a button or something in that category to eject the previous head. Never I had guessed it was as easy as just sliding the old brush head up.

my wife was gifted an unbranded electric toothbrush, no instructional manual, it did have a sealed replacement head, but the original brush head would not budge no matter how hard it was pulled, bent or twisted. I used your suggestion of submerging the brush head in extremely hot water, after a two minute soak, the brush head easily slipped off, thank you!!!
