Countries That Don't Celebrate Christmas 🎄🎁 #shorts

In Saudi Arabia! It’s illegal to publicly celebrate Christmas here. Because it’s a strictly Islamic
country, and they don't observe Christian holidays. But hey, they have their own traditions!
In Afghanistan, due to its majority Muslim population, Christmas isn’t celebrated. They focus on
local holidays and religious events instead. Still, the spirit of community is alive and well!
In Somalia, it’s the same deal. Christmas isn’t celebrated, and there are no public festivities.
This is because the country is mostly Muslim, and religious observances are different.
Libya, under Islamic law, doesn’t observe Christmas either. So, no Christmas lights or carols
here. But they have other cultural celebrations that bring people together!
And of course, North Korea! This one’s a no-brainer. Christmas is banned, and any festive
celebrations could land you in serious trouble. It’s all about their own state holidays here.

I was in Indonesia 2 days ago for a week-long trip. It is a Muslim-majority country, but Christmas stuff was all over Jakarta, and in the shopping centres, Christmas performances and music existed.

I like how in Egypt Muslims celebrate Christmas and Christians celebrate both eid al adha and eid al fitr
Egypt is a good example for love and accepting other cultures

I live in somalia and i never ever seen a non muslim person.

this is so misleading Christmas isnt banned in those muslim countries its just not celebrated because the majority of the population is not christian . Muslims dont ask non muslims to celebrate eid so why should we celebrate christmas

In Bangladesh, Christmas is not celebrated throughout the country like Eid or Durga Puja due to a very low Christian population, but 25 December is a national holiday, although it always blends with the winter vacation.

I'm not surprised that North Korea doesn’t celebrate the happiest time of the year 😂😂😂 That’s just so sad

Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:8)
"Allah does not forbid you from being righteous and equitable toward those who did not fight you because of religion and did not expel you from your homes. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly."
