it's funny how people think that having a calm and wholesome personality equates to being boring but then i remember that some people aren't secure in themselves and constantly need drama or artifice to feel important - connor on the other hand has always been genuine and kind which makes me appreciate him so much and this response was perfect <3

well you're not as popular as before in term of views, etc. but you're clearly still vivid in people's heart & that's why the whole internet showed you that big wave of love in that moment. At the end of the day, what's matter is the imprint you leave in people's heart. Yours is the kindness, authenticity, peacefulness, positivity that soothe a lot of hearts. you're clearly a comfort person for a whole generation of people including me. Maybe people are not showing up like before everytime you upload a video but that doesn't mean they don't care about you anymore. the proof is there. We will always care about you as you permeated our hearts & we're just happy to see you thriving and being happy ;) <3

From most YouTubers I've been following when I was a teen (2014ish), you have remained as one of the few I can count on my hand that I still follow and listen to this day.

What I love most about you is that you stay authentic to yourself, have a clear moral compass and don't shy away from speaking up for marginalized people.

As someone who randomly found your channel 12 years ago and has been a subscriber since then, this is my favorite thing about you. Seeing you trying to figure out who you were in your 20’s and seeing what content you posted, and then seeing you become this calm, unbothered king is soothing to me. Out of everyone who I subscribed to during the 2010’s, you’re the only person who I still subscribe to. There’s so much drama around us and it’s so nice seeing that you haven’t changed at all. I like these videos that you upload. It’s like having a little coffee date. Keep it up, Connor. You’re doing great. 😊
