We just got of the legend, y’all’s review was spot on. Our room was a sauna. Lucky for us we had a balcony and was able to crack the door. I must say my favorite thing about the legend was how everything was on those two floors. Great content as always

Was on the Legend Oct 2022, no smells and not really long lines anywhere. A few smokers but didn’t bother. Food at the buffet was usually just warm to cold even being on the warmers.

We will be back on the Legend again in 41 days. We have sailed the "Spirit" class 7 times on three different ships and we have always enjoyed the space. There is actually a very good space ratio for the Spirit class ships. We loved to dance in the glass elevators. We did a B2B last year and our room did require a fan also.

I believed you guys about the smell, but we did not personally smell it but really wasn’t front of the ship a lot besides theater. We were more aft and at first out AC didn’t work but they came right away and fixed it and we had no issues. The casino non smoking side was a hot pocket on all 3 legend cruises. The theater was always cold, but really cold last Nov. very inconsistent all through the ship. I wore layers.

Wow! I was just talking about the Legend! I love that ship! I agree with just about everything you guys said. My favorite part of the ship oddly enough was the "cave hallways" I can't explain why, but I loved it! 😁

Great review. I agree with everything you said. I was on last week and I smelled that odor outside the theater and also by the bathroom by the casino. I thought the food was great! We also loved the Serenity area!

I went on the carnival legend before and it was a blast That was probably 1 of my favorite cruise on going on I'm going on another 1 soon But now this 1 is my favorite cruise<3

I don't disbelieve the odor, having cruised on Legend, before in 2013 thst had a very prominent odor then on embarkation day, and having been on other Spirit Class ships (Pride, Miracle) among others, I did not smell any sewage on the 9/17 cruise. I had warned my husband about it in advance but again, we never smelled anything funky. Our cabin was 5th floor near the aft elevators, our room temp was COLD. This was probably the best of my 9 carnival cruises.

That's crazy about the odor. Maybe it was the rough seas stirring things up 🤣 We were on 2 weeks before you and there wasn't any bad smell. Now on Magic in July there was a definate odor a few days 😟

Miracle and Spirit are sister ships, we love them all.
Deck 3 for smoking, is a no brainer that it's not a big deal. Hung out with staff as we were walking and they were smoking. It honestly wasn't an issue.Outside smoking areas are never an issue because . . . . it's outside. Casino can be an issue, agreed. Didn't have an odor issue on the Legend, did on the Spirit. Crowded casino could have been if it was a casino cruise, they take OVER.
For the theater, agree AND don't sit on the ends if you have issues getting up. It's lower to the ground.. If you have that issue for mobility it does matter.

This year in June on the Magic we were on deck two in a cove balcony. Loved it and we had a great cruise. BUT the walk to the elevator mid ship on deck 2 was smelly. Like breath taking and only near 4 or 5 rooms. Those poor people. 😂
