The story of the Wendigo as a chilling starting point immediately gives an image that's both dark (the Wendigo hiding in his cave) and light (like snow).

I love how Zora's melodies and the music complement each other in the verses and merge in the choruses.

The musical ambience is perfect for the song. I love it! A musical masterpiece of imminent danger and horror perfect to welcome the story of the Wendigo recounted by the most beautiful voice in the universe, with subtle vocal nuances in the verses that I'm terribly fond of and with such hypnotic melody in the choruses (which stays in my head and heart long after I've had to stop listening to this superb song).

I wonder where the Wendigo's growls come from. Is it a pre-existing sample or are they "homemade" with effects?
