This is why Jimmy Butler is not a top 15 NBA player. He’s never consistent. He has the ability, but that drive to do it every day and night like other top NBA players, has never been there with him. And this is ALL throughout his career.

This is always the thing with Butler. He's great when he's on but he doesn't always bring it consistently enough, which has always been why he's tier below real superstars.
